If we receive your order before 2pm (Mon-Thu):.

1. Normal North Island delivery: 1 day.
2. Rural North Island and normal South Island delivery: 1 – 2 days
3. Rural South Island delivery 2 -3 days.

Please ensure you have a physical address for delivery – we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.

iCoco is certified organic by BioGro, New Zealand’s largest organic certifier. This certification is also internationally recognised and proves that we source our beans from only organic certified producers. For more information Biogro.

We only process organic products so there is no cross contamination in the roasting and packaging process.

In New Zealand organic is not a legally protected term and many things can be claimed “organic”. Only if certified, with for example the BioGro or AsureQuality logo clearly on the bag, you can be sure.

Yes! All iCoco coffees are certified Fairtrade™.

iCoco is produced with greater goals in mind than just profits. Small coffee growers are mostly powerless in the price setting of their coffee. Small growers often produce the best quality and they look after the land and environment as they are most dependent on it. The global coffee prices do not provide a living wage for most small growers unless they receive Fairtrade prices and even then their income is very limited. To protect our environment we need to look after the small farmers and their communities.

iCoco Coffee is the wholesale brand of IncaFé Organic Coffee. IncaFé was the first carboNZero certified roastery in NZ and all its emissions created by manufacturing, transport and personnel are offset and where possible reduced.

We believe a neutral emission footprint should be the norm for any business.

Our carbon emissions are offset with forestry projects in New Zealand.

We have stringent quality control procedures in place and our quality control meets international standards like BRC. We continuously test our coffee for shelf life.

Ground coffee gets packed within 1 minute of grinding and whilst packing all our bags are flushed with nitrogen to remove the oxygen and humidity from the air. We only use high grade, high barrier film for our bags.

Nitrogen is a safe inert gas that doesn’t affect the flavour of the coffee (normal air contains 79% nitrogen).

Provided that the coffee is strored in a cool place without severe temperature fluctuations the coffee can stay good for 12 months and is still quite drinkable after 18 months!
